11" Carbon Steel Pan – Pre-Order
The Texas Pan Co. No. 11
Built to be used. Built to be handed down.
Our No. 11 Skillet is crafted from heavy-duty 12-gauge carbon steel and designed to be the pan you reach for every day. With an 11-inch overall diameter, an 8.5-inch cooking surface, and nearly 1¾-inch-tall walls, it has the capacity to handle everything from a pair of steaks to a family breakfast.
Each pan is formed, finished, and seasoned by hand right here in America. The result is a skillet that heats quickly, develops a naturally non-stick surface over time, and will outlast virtually any non-stick pan you'll ever own.
Unlike cast iron, carbon steel offers exceptional durability with faster heating and a smoother cooking surface. The more you cook with it, the better it gets.
Whether you're cooking over a campfire, on a gas range, induction cooktop, or in the oven, the No. 11 is built for decades of hard use.
Pre-Seasoned & Ready to Cook
Every skillet arrives seasoned and ready for its first meal. Simply wash, dry, and start cooking.
