When it ships
Every pan is made in small batches in Gilmer, Texas. Orders ship within 1–2 weeks.

US shipping
$8 flat rate. Free on orders of $150 or more.

International
We ship by USPS or DHL Express to the countries listed at checkout. The rate is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Damaged in transit
If your pan arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused pan. See our Refund Policy for details.
