If your Texas Pan has failed because of a defect in materials or craftsmanship, tell us what happened. We’ll review it personally and make it right.

Before you file a claim.

Seasoning changes, scratches, discoloration, patina, and surface rust are normal characteristics of carbon steel. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, overheating, thermal shock, accidents, or alterations is not covered.

If your registered Texas Pan failed because of a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it.

JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC; maximum 10 MB.

We review every claim personally. Normal seasoning changes, scratches, patina, discoloration, and surface rust are not defects.

Your information and photographs are used only to evaluate and service this guarantee claim unless you separately choose to receive marketing.
