Refund policy

30-day returns

If the pan isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund.

To be refunded, the skillet needs to come back unused and in its original packaging, in the condition you received it. A carbon steel pan takes on the marks of whoever cooks with it, so once it's been used we can't resell it as new.

If something is wrong with your pan

That's different, and it isn't a return. Every Texas Pan carries a transferable limited lifetime guarantee. If a defect in materials or craftsmanship ever causes the steel, handle, or rivets to fail in normal use, we'll repair or replace it and cover shipping both ways — for the life of the pan, and it follows the pan to whoever owns it next.

Seasoning changes, scratches, discoloration, patina, and surface rust aren't defects. That's what carbon steel does. Damage from misuse, neglect, improper care, overheating, thermal shock, accidents, or alterations isn't covered.

How to start a return

Email sales@texaspancompany.com with your order number and tell us what's going on. We'll reply with instructions — please don't send anything back before you hear from us. For a change-of-mind return you cover return shipping; if the pan arrived damaged or defective, we do.

Refunds

Once your pan is back and we've had a look, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that. Original shipping charges aren't refunded on a change-of-mind return.

Damaged in transit

If your pan shows up damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
