Texas Pan Company is a small, family-run maker. Every skillet is cut, formed, riveted, finished, and pre-seasoned in our Texas shop in small batches. We sell direct through texaspancompany.com.

- 11" Carbon Steel Skillet - The Original ($175): 11" overall diameter, 8.5" cooking surface, nearly 1¾" walls, 3 lb 14 oz. 12-gauge domestic carbon steel with a forged carbon steel handle and copper rivets. Arrives pre-seasoned. Works on gas, electric, induction, oven, grill, and open fire. Transferable limited lifetime guarantee.
- Carbon Steel Seasoning ($12): 2 oz tin of seasoning balm made from beeswax, grapeseed oil, and cold-pressed sunflower oil. All-American ingredients and tin.

Ownership and support
Care basics
- Soap is fine. Don't soak it, put it in the dishwasher, or leave it in the sink.
- Wash, towel dry, warm it on the burner for a minute, and wipe on a thin coat of oil while it's warm.
- Blotchy brown and black color is normal seasoning buildup. Cooking is the best seasoning.
- Rust: scrub to bare metal, dry on the burner, wipe thin oil, and heat until it stops smoking.
